A Night of Horror International Film Festival opens its call for entries and announces return to Dendy Newtown for 2022

Squeezing in before the Xmas chaos, A Night of Horror opens its call for entries for its 14th edition.

We are also very happy to announce the festival is returning to its original home, the Dendy Newtown cinemas, in the dark heart of the Sydney horror community.

The 2022 festival will run Monday, October 17th to Sunday, October 23rd, fully soaking in the “horroctober” vibes in the lead-up to Hallowe’en.

For our 14th Edition the festival is calling for all dark genre content: horror, thriller, fantasy, noir, science fiction, action, exploitation, underground, indie, cult, western, and war, in the following categories: features, documentaries, shorts, animations, TV/web episodes, H. P. Lovecraft-inspired shorts, and our two unproduced screenplay competition categories - feature and short.
